Our Kindy + Long Day Care program offers the best of both worlds: children enjoy the benefits of our Queensland Government-Approved Kindy program, while families have access to extended care from early morning until late afternoon.
This option is ideal for working families who need consistent, full-day coverage in a safe, Christ-centred environment where children are known, valued, and supported.

How it works
Our Kindy program (8:30 am – 2:30 pm) is delivered by qualified early childhood teachers and is fully funded for eligible families through Free Kindy.
With Kindy + Long Day Care, children also receive high-quality care before and after the Kindy session, creating a seamless full-day experience.

Long Day Care: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Kindy Program: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
This option is available only on the five Kindy days per fortnight. If families need additional care on other days, they can enrol in our Long Day Care (3–6 years) program.
Fees & funding
Families are charged the daily Long Day Care rate of $118.79, which covers the full day, including the Kindy program delivered within those hours.
As the Kindy component is fully funded, the Queensland Government’s Free Kindy funding is automatically applied to your account. After this, your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) reduces your out-of-pocket cost for the Long Day Care portion.
Most families pay considerably less once CCS is applied — often between $25 and $60 per day, depending on their CCS percentage.
