How to enrol
Getting started at ECC Little Gems
Enrolling at ECC Little Gems is simple and fully online. Whether you are joining our Kindy, Kindy + Long Day Care, or Day Care program, you can begin the process at any time through our secure Xplor enrolment form.

A tour is available if you would like to see the centre — but it is not required to enrol.
How to enrol at ECC Little Gems
Complete the online enrolment form
When you are ready, you can enrol directly through our secure online form. This is the official enrolment process and includes all required information and documents. You will be asked to upload:​

Birth certificate

Immunisation History Statement (Medicare)

Medical or allergy plans (if needed)

Court orders (if applicable)
Placement confirmation
Once your form is submitted:

Our team will process your enrolment

If your application is successful we will confirm your child’s place and days of attendance

Families using Long Day Care or Kindy + Long Day Care will be supported with Child Care Subsidy (CCS) setup

You will receive orientation information and what your child needs to bring
Orientation
Before your child begins, we will arrange a short orientation visit so they can meet educators, explore the room, and settle in comfortably.
